Another short video in a series that I have created to help bereaved people find their feet again after a major loss.
When we don't feel like cooking, what can we do?
First of all, it is important to stock up on essentials once in a while and on vegetables at least once a week to be able to cook at all.
Let's be honest, you are not going to feel any motivation if there is nothing in the fridge or cupboard to give you some ideas of what you could cook - a stir-fry, stew, risotto, soup, curry, omelette ..... It is all possible when you follow my simple steps of getting some staples in.
