Best EDC Belt For Conceal Carry

Ive been asked quite a few times which belts I recommend for EDC and conceal carry, so I dive into the Kore essentials EDC belt, the Black Arch EDC belt and one I found on amazon which was only $13. Sometimes the cheapest things are the best.

I hear you when you say you use an Amazon belt.

I carry 6 days a week for 10-12 hours a day. And I don't say 7 bc I reserve myself a day to just disconnect from the world. Lol

I bought a JUKMO belt from Amz as an inner belt, initially. The JUKMO, much like the WYuZe, is made primarily of a stretchy material. Except that it has a Cobra buckle. It's adjustable and any excess can be tucked to the inside. So as I lose or gain weight, I can still adjust it for comfort.

I've had the JUKMO belt for over 3 years. It's super comfortable and it hasn't lost its elasticity. It secures my IWB holster without a problem.

Another reason why I favor an elastic belt is bc a rigid belt gives an attacker and extra handle to control your body. And IMHO, that's one of the thoughts that escapes most people that carry. If you end up wrestling on your feet or the ground for position, that super stiff belt becomes a steering wheel and anchor point for the bad guy. In that sense, the elastic belt gives me an easier time when turning, trying to get up, and creating distance from an attacker.

Now, the elastic belt has its downside too. The only issue that I have experienced with my elastic belt, is that when I sit, the holster wants to tip forward. I just push it a bit further down with the inside of my forearm before I sit down at a restaurant or public place.

However, I've been thinking about ways to avoid that. For me, a hybrid belt would be the answer. And that's why I'm thinking that I will give the Tier 1 EDC-S belt a try.

The EDC-S is rigid on the front and sides, but it's elastic on the back. I just wish it had a ratchet system and that it didn't cost over 100 dollars.

My FA instructor turned me on to Kore Essential belts they were all wearing them and it is all I wear now. For my waist it is the most comfortable I have come across.

I feel the Kore is built for Appendix Carry. A lot of friends I know run the buckle offset to the right which leaves the whole front of your waist flat to mount the holster. Very low profile and eliminated all of my printing issues especially with it getting warmer and just wearing a T-shirt

Sup bro! I am a Kore essentials guy. I got 3 of them, mainly bc the hanger had 3 slots. I mainly run the black multicam with black buckle. Its my favorite.

I can recommend the Nexbelt Supreme EDC belt (I use the Warrior poet edition). Been using it for 6 months! Its very stiff so keep that in mind

I have used several belts in a ccw and duty capacity and I will say, the blue alpha gear low pro edc belt is another great option. Especially for the cost.

Great vid as always. I’ve had a 5.11 nylon belt for almost 10 years now. It still looks great after carrying with it almost every day for 10 years.

Kore belts are really good because they adjust easily throughout the day so if I have a big meal and need breathing space I don't have to take the whole belt buckle off or undo it to resize it.

cc a g19 or occasionally my 1911 at 3oclock owb so I use the kore. It is totally adjustbale on the fly and plenty of support with no roll and mostly stays put when I draw. The stretchy belts suck for owb in my experience and I have tried  2 amazon and a groove and both were fails. They sag under weight, ride up on my draw, shift when I walk and I find myself pulling on straps to adjust sizing after lunch. But we all have our dif tastes.

I found the Kore to be the most comfortable mostly cause its the most adjustable of all these and you can find your exact size and I found it flexes with you.

immediately went and purchased the belt from amazon. For that price its an easy gamble, if it doesn't work for me, i spent more at store on the way to work. But your two year application of it, gives me hope.
