I love Tarte Shape under-eye concealer and have used it ever since I started YouTube. Recently I started a search to find a dupe for shape tape. After considering many options, I think I may have found a very good Shape Tape dupe in Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define. Am I the only one who does NOT use under eye concealer even though I have eye bags and wrinkles? I’ve tried VERY many and I feel it makes them more noticeable. I’ve practiced applying under eye concealer a lot and possibly I’m still doing it incorrectly, but I’ve pretty much given up. I just wondered if anyone else has the same problem and if there are others who don’t use concealer.
