I dont suggest letting it sit as its a formula wich dries very quickly and will leave marks.

I actually use the Shape Tape radiant concealer (it's medium coverage) over my skincare as foundation. I know they have a foundation the foundation is way too heavy for me.

Tbh, ur undereye still looks pigmented. I doubt if the concealer did it job properly
