hes just talking about familial adonomatous polyposis. as far as i know usually polypoid mass grows only in right side colon cancer. and left side has anular type napkins ring appearing mass causing complete obstruction because of narrow diameter of left side colon. and in recto sigmoid region mainly there is ulcerative lesion and this happens because of ulcerative coloitus. main cause for the colom cancer is low fiber intact im our diet and high fat consumption.
