Hive Inspection and Apivar treatment for Varroa Mites

It's September 16th and I am doing a hive inspection and treating mites with Apivar strips. You are supposed to use 2 strips per brood chamber. I was surprised to find a lot of completely empty frames. I ain't gonna lie, makes me nervous.

Great video, I enjoyed following along with your inspection!
In my opinion, the colony structure looks okay to me. Not much in the bottom box and brood and food in the top box.
This is one of the ways a colony will structure itself for winter time preparation. Your honey/nectar frames look good too, so much open nectar means readily available food for everyone.
Queen cells: were they cells or cups? Cups are normal to have throughout the hive and is of no concern.
