I still remember my mother telling me "25 dollars? and for what. to put some cubes down on a screen?" nope. 25 dollars for memories so powerful that even a simple song could shed a tear. 25 dollars for a game so extraordinary and so memorable. a game so well known by many. not just a game...but a game full of memories.

Incredible how this game managed to unite people like no other. So many good videos games in the past, but none of them were as universal as Minecraft. Just $25 for a game that would create incredible memories that will last a lifetime.

This song always hits me.
I used to play Minecraft when 10, 12yo with my childhood very best friend, the afternoons in his house.
Man, memories hit so hard!
Now we do not talk anymore, during high school our friendship unwillingly faded away and since we moved to different cities for college our bond ended.
I miss so much the good times, back when life was so simple, being happy, without so much pressure and worries, when friendship seamed unbreakable.
Now that I realise how many time has past, realising how much things have changed, nostalgia starts to swallow you and homesickness hits again. This songs bring me peace yet great sorrow.

C418 blessed us with this music and these masterpieces of music will always be a piece of my heart and will tear me up every time I think about the memories with my brother on minecraft and the abandoned worlds we’ll never see ever again.

I remember in early 2015, me and my older brother would sit for hours playing Minecraft all day. Man time goes by fast, it felt like 1 week and it’s a whole new year, hearing that it’s been 8 years since the good old’ days really just hits me. I wish i could just relive it all over again.

Man coming back and just listening to these songs brings me so much joy especially with the current state of things in the game. And the fact that a beloved Minecraft YouTuber, Technoblade, has died makes this all the more bittersweet. It’s not just the song that got me crying. It’s the song and all the amazing people talking about their personal experiences with how much joy this game has brought them and myself.

I still remember playing Minecraft on the Xbox 360 all day when i got home from school, i would play it all the time with my friends, i got bored of it and eventually stopped playing it, years later, i decided to play it on the Nintendo Switch and all the memories hit me all at once, this game made my childhood along with countless others who grew up with it.

Minecraft is one of those games that will be passed down for future generations.
