This is a load of crap. I've had inflammation due sugar and carbs. The moment I switched to a high fat/protein diet all inflammation disappeared and I know I'm not an outlier.

This guy is a joke. No mention of processed foods, sweeteners & additives, vegetable oils like "cottonseed oil" (why are we eating cotton??)
