The others main villain was scare of optimus Prime, megatron in Revenge of the Fallen start running from optimus, the Fallen did not come on earth until optimus die, after sentinel active portal for decepticon, he start running from optimus and in final fight he call for help, quintessa send megatron and decepticons to protect her. But lockdown did not run from optimus, he don't even call for help. So lockdown is the braves villain in Michael bay's Transformers movies.

My theory on cars 3 of why lightning McQueen could not upgrade? Is the piston cup what not allowed? Lightning McQueen to upgrade because that would be unfair. When it comes to Cruz, I think she was designed with racing modifications in mind but not modifications that would make her so fast like can't 340 mph? Because that will be very unfair for the other next generators since you know there is competition in racing
