Transformers without their helmets. Did you know that most of the Transformers wear helmets in the movies? Yeah, whenever we see these metalic beings convert from car to robot. We usually just think that everything on them is just a part of their bodies. We never really question what could be the shirt, pants, or hat.

It seems like in Sentinel's case, the helmet is on there pretty good.

Megatron seems to have a crown instead of a helmet, very prideful of him.

I think Optimus doesn't have a helmet but it's actually apart of his head in his case, since the side of his head falls off and we see his insides.

In sentinals case i see it as Megatron kicking of the top of sentinels head revealing his brain

Optimus’ is natural imo the way a part of his head falls off which seems to be a part of the “helmet”, I think he’s just built that way

I love the idea with Sentinel and Optimus, of the primes having that certain looking helmet with the big antenna things like it’s a crown symbolizing their status. A real good way to visually distinguish primes from all the other cybertronians.

I honestly like this idea. I can't help but feel like lots of what we're seeing is actually armor that's just on them really well. And of course helps them with transformation.

Prime was built like that for a reason with his helmet connected to his body unlike the other prime's

I like to assume bumblebee and primes helmet are naturally part of their bodies!

You literally showed the scene where primes bleeding because a peice of the helmet fell off
That means to put it simply that helmets also apart of the body especially since it’s attached to the horns

Like bumblebee seems like a more advanced robot

In most cases I think of them like finger nails or hair for them, in the sense where It’s not really a part of their “flesh”, but it’s also not a worn accessory either. It looked pretty painful when megatron beat sentinel’s “scalp” off, and it never felt like just armor.

I definitely consider it a part of them most of the time.

Their helmets are basically the top of their skulls some can be detached easily while some are fixed in so hound just ripped the top of his skull off like nothing

Fallen's face got actually ripped off though. That's why he was screeching in pain so much.

While I agree some of them have helmets like hound and the tank from last night, but I believe much like every other version of the characters I think that it's part of their body they dont have a "shirt, pants, etc." they are just robots lol
