Airforce one is not the US equivalent to this plane. The US has two doomsday planes other than the two airforce one planes. The US equivalent is the E-4B Nightwatch and there are two of them. Most of the same features mentioned above.

The US version is not Air Force One, though it could be. Airforce One is call sign. The 747 used is a VIP transport. The E-4B is more like this bird. It is called differently, although it could adopt the callsign Airforce One. I think they don't do that as they fly like four of them at once to confuse an enemy and insure continuity of government.
