DJI Action 5 Pro High Bitrate Firmware Update: Standard vs High - How to Change

The DJI has just released a new update (01.01.0520 Firmware October 2024) for the Action 5 Pro. The biggest feature is Standard and High Bitrate options, today I will test both modes at 24 fps in Dlog-M and see what the differences are. Also show you how to change the bitrate options.

I'm not sure if I missed it or if you didn't mention it, but what is the actual bitrate? Is it at least 150 Mbps? It would be nice to test it properly with something like falling sand, confetti, or other fast-moving complex scenes. This would be especially noticeable in 4K at 120 fps, where you need the highest possible bitrate.
