Podcast: The Peter Costa Show

- The Real Ghostbusters is an American animated television series based on the 1984 movie Ghostbusters. The series ran from 1986 to 1991, and was produced by Camme Animation Studios, DiC Entertainment and Coca-Cola Telecommunications. "The Real" was added to the title over a dispute with Filmation and its Ghost Busters properties. The series continues the adventures of paranormal investigators Dr. Peter Venkman, Dr. Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, Dr. Ray Stantz, their secretary Janine Melnitz and their mascot ghost Slimer.

I loved Ghostbusters as a kid. I remember my mom had a spray bottle filled with water labeled "dream spray" which was to get rid of bad dreams because Ghostbusters had me scared that demons were coming for me. I wish the world was half as interesting as it was when we were kids

My 5 year old gets to play with those. They're not in great condition, but I kept a bunch of them, and now they're his... this was awesome to show him...

I can confirm they were each sold separately

I was a resourceful kid... instead of buying the $8 container of "GHOSTBUSTERS" slime I just spent about .75 at the 25cent machine that had the same stuff & it was the right color

How i miss the 80's and 90's . I had some of these toys . Kinda strange to see some toys that weren't in the two movies for example that plane ?!?

We were very spoiled as kids in the 80's and 90's as many of these toys were cheap compared to today surely for one toy brand "Lego" it's kinda impossible to get something decent for a cheap price as set .( i remember back then with 150Euros you could buy 1 big set 2 medium sets & 3or4 smaller sets from Lego )

Seeing this brings back so many memories. My mom and dad bought me almost every toy in this video. WOW was I a lucky kid.

It's weird to think some kid in the 90s or 80s really wanted one of these things in the commercial

I didn’t grow up in the 90’s nor owned any of the toys, but I do remember binging a ton of commercials on youtube back in the day. So they still hold some nostalgic value to me, plus the goofy charm of kids playing with them for the commercial or the little puppets and costumes, I miss those days!
