I literally just did the split end hack to my hair this morning! It works like a charm

Never use normal scissors for cutting your hair. They are not sharp enough or not made for cutting hair. It actually will make everything worse and you end up with split hair instead of just split ends! I did this mistake a while ago and my hair was so damaged that my hairdresser had to cut off a lot.

With that eyelash curler one!!! If you don't want to risk using a lighter (Or do not have one), use a blow dryer on high heat! And just blow away!!!! :D And I feel you won't get close to melting the rubber part of your lash curler either. :)

safer version of heating your eyelash curler, use a blowdryer on heat setting of your choice. I use this method and it works awesomely.

Blasting your lash curler with a blow dryer is a much safer alternative to the lighter ;)
