Hi Stevie, that was 100% informative talk on why most people aren't getting results. After eight months on my program, I realized I felt super sluggish on Saturdays. 6 days a week for the longest time (a year or maybe more?) was just too much when I would go so hard during the week. My body needed a break and I finally listened. As I've been giving it rest for the past month or so, I have seen an improvement in my lifts each week. Rest is extremely important. Without it, you have no energy to do the other items (tracking what you eat, investing time/use proper technique and even have realistic expectations). I made so much progress overtime by doing those exact steps. Great content, keep them coming!!

I've been training 3 times a week for 2weeks now, the first week I lost 4.5Ibs but on the second week I've gained half a pound sticking to 1500cal each day, what's going on? (On rest days not very active)
