So
-do other workouts besides the Chloe ting one (cardio is important to help burn ur fat to show ur abs even more!)
-eat healthier (completely clean isn’t realistic but health-IER will help so much. Remember it’s 80% and exercise is only 20%)
-u have to push yourself more (it’s not supposed to be easy...practice makes perfect for ur form)
-keep on going (every body is different and don’t compare yourself to others 😊)

Listen people !! it really works I’ve been doing her challenges almost 2 months now and lost fat all over my body got toned and snatched ! Just eat healthy and don’t eat more than enough and you can even cheat or binge sometimes but healthy. You got this keep going!

I've literally been working out all quarantine and haven't lost any weight. Ngl I'm quite disappointed.😂 So I've been trying new workouts to change it up. Your videos keep me going too ❤

How much cardio do you think is necessary to really see results? I see 5 minute cardio workouts on YouTube? Do you think that’s okay or do I need to incorporate a longer cardio workout routine separate from my chloe ting shred workout?

I've been doing a hip dip workout for more then a week and I see no difference. I did it everyday straight. Even when I wasn't motivated and nothing.

I’m confused because I can see little bit of my 11 abs but I also have a big belly. I think I need to change my lifestyle and also need a diet that works for me. I’m doing Chloe hourglass program. I started jumping rope 10 min every day even during rest days also. What should I do next?

Most people don’t see drastic changes from the 2 week challenge because 2 weeks is not enough time to make huge visual changes IN A HEALTHY WAY. Real progress that lasts (and is healthy) takes time!
