Lol omg the brake noise brings back embarrassing memories when I had my Evo V a few years ago. It wasn’t as bad in the Summer but got worse during Winter here in Canada. It was terrible on gas and the clutch was a pain in traffic but I miss it so much. I’m thinking of importing either a 6 or an 8 as a Daily. All these videos are making me realize how much of a terrible idea that is 😂

i am still young but i would love a evo or like a wrx as a daily but this was a great video, now i know the real experience of dailying one

I recently put my V into storage for all the same reasons except for the brakes. That can be fixed easily with less aggressive pads and adding shims. The pads and rotor combination is the issue not the Brembos.

Been daily driving my V for ten plus years and the main concern is the clutch in rush hour traffic. Have got myself a comfortable auto to replace the V as my DD and much less stressed getting to work now.
