00:00 Introduction

00:24 Morgan and Pininfarina Midsummer

When two companies with so much expertise in coach-building and the production of bespoke vehicles join forces, we are sure to witness the creation of a timeless masterpiece. Limited to just 50 units, the Midsummer Speedster is based on the bonded aluminum chassis that is used in Morgan's CX line autos. The Midsummer features polished stainless-steel elements on the headlights and the horseshoe grille, hand-crafted wooden panels around the clear deflectors that replaced the windscreen, and exclusive 19-inch forged wheels.

02:01 RUF BTR 3.4 Slantnose

The improved version of the car is now rolling on 5-spoke forged alloy wheels and can complete a 0 to 60-mph sprint in 4.4 seconds. Such acceleration time is the result of an engine output increase to 368 horsepower, moreover, the top speed was also raised to 187 mph. In terms of cosmetic changes, this build was enhanced with RUF front spoiler, exterior badges, an in-house designed steering wheel, new red-colored gauges, sports seats, racing harnesses, and much more.

03:35 Rocky Auto 3000GT

Rocky Auto specializes in producing high-end restomods, so they put their expertise into making a custom chassis, producing a matching suspension setup, and introducing the 3.0-liter 2JZ engine with a 5-speed manual transmission and 220 horsepower of output, which offers performance significantly superior to the original setup with 150 horsepower. With this motor setup, the 2,500-pound roaster should be a blast to drive.

05:13 TWR Supercat

TWR Supercat is that brand's first attempt at making a proper retro-inspired supercar that took a team of aspiring car enthusiasts two years to complete. The main objective for this limited-edition model was to produce a design that is in line with the automotive heritage of Jaguar but still doesn't make you give up on modern comfort features.

06:38 Morgan Plus Four

For the upcoming 2025 model year this British retro car manufacturer has announced a series of technical and visual upgrades for the Plus Four convertible. On the outside, it now features improved front and rear lights, and a revised front splitter and a rear diffuser. As for the powertrain, it will still be using a BMW-sourced 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a turbocharger.

08:11 Borromeodesilva Stl1

An Italian design studio that has quite some experience working in the automotive field has recently shared digital drawings of their upcoming restomod based on the 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback. Under the hood, the vehicle will offer a 5.0-liter Road Runner Coyote V8 engine with 444 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque at your disposal.

09:38 Singer DLS Turbo

An upcoming duo of classic Porsche restorations can be easily distinguished by massive aerodynamics kits and an improved performance owing to the introduction of a new twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six with 700 horsepower on tap.

11:01 Caterham 485 and 485 CSR

The final editions of these lightweight sports cars are brought into motion by a naturally aspirated four-cylinder Ford engine with a 2.0-liter displacement. The engine channels 225 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque through a five-speed manual transmission to show a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 4.1 seconds and grant the top speed of 139 mph.

Love the Morgans and the TWR (Tom Wakinshaw Racing?) Jag. Love all the restomods but why would somebody do that to a Mustang?

Even as a non Ford fan and definitely mustang hater, there’s no way anyone would cut up a fastback for that thing 😂😂😂

All well and good, but why not use Tesla dual motor performance motors an a large BYD Blade LFP structural battery pack?

Looks like a Lister XJS LeMans from the 1980's-1990's except the listers looked better and were faster.

not a single of these retrofit car makers have their own in-house designed chassis or body, let alone engines . . . the Borromeodesilva STL1 is a much better remake by far, based on the 1968 Ford Mustang GT350 (SN22) 4.9 Biturbo V8 2-Dr Sports Coupe (LHD) . . . modifying a 1968 Ford Mustang GT350 (SN22) 4.9 Biturbo V8 2-Dr Sports Coupe (LHD) into an all terrain muscle car was a good move . . . considering it's off road transformation the Borromeodesilva STL1 could seriously do with a proper 4WD system . . . love the front driver's seat though . . . the Singer DLS Turbo based on the 1976 PORSCHE 934 GT 3.8 Biturbo F6 2-Dr Sports Coupe (LHD) should be incorporated with a next gen AWD system . . .
