The debate for Pythagorus vs. Gougu can be settled by grammar verbs.

If you say "I Pythag'd it", the mathers know what you're talking about.
If you say "I Gougu'd it", people may think you said "I Googled it" which implies you web-searched the solution, thus cheated.

So I'll use the Pythag verb, to save face.

Very cute! When writing this theorem down formally, the proof with a triangle containing two similar triangles is the shortest proof by far, though.
