This has been the most satiating video on YouTube; even the best of the tutors have failed to delineate the actual occurence. Thank you so much! Btw, the end result confirms that not always do we obtain enantioners in "Nucleophilic Substitution Bimolecular reaction", diesteromers can also be formed!

Why is the charge on carbon in the TS is partially positive ??? Doesnt it have partial bonds with both NU and LG ??? Shouldnt it be Neutral ?
