After using retarder it will not dry fast ? But how much time it takes to dry 1 or 2 day?

No no no this is how i use acrylic paint first i put the paint on my pallette and put a bit of water on it mix it and add more water and mix and then i start painting 🎨

Retarder +water???? I only use retarder...is it ryt way to use acrylic paints? And I have another question ....Is there any other option exept retarder?
