In today's video tutorial we'll learn a simple, fast and effective method to fix and solve the Google Drive not downloading files issue 'Can't Download The File Try Enabling Third Party Cookies''.
Drive Web uses third-party cookies to communicate with Google's secure download servers. Blocking third-party cookies in Chrome will prevent you from downloading through Google Drive. If you want to block third-party cookies and still download from Drive, only allow third-party cookies from Drive.

Type chrome://settings/cookies in the browser address bar and press Enter.
Under "View all cookies and site data", scroll down to the "Sites that may always use cookies" section. #googledrive #error #solved
Click Add on the right.
Be sure to select the Include third-party cookies on this site check box, then click Add.

I figured out that uBlock Origin was giving me issues. I disabled it and Drive works fine. Hope this helps someone else who isn't having cookie troubles.

This didn't fix it for me. For me it waa a VPN issue. Once I turned off my VPN, then it downloaded.

Solution didn't work for me, but i figured it was an issue with the IP address (?) (Not sure what exactly), but the issue kept happening on different browsers on my laptop, different accounts, even on another pc (same router, same ip address), but when i used my phone (not connected to wifi) problem was resolved.

mine was blocked third party in incognito, but my problem is I can see download button but no matter how many times I downloaded it, it just wont work... I receive the file from gmail T.T
