I dont know if you have mineral water in your country...I let the bubbles settle before I drink..I leave the cap sitting on without screwing it, and it doesnt fizz.

Thank you again for helping us learn to get healthy.. I just started drinking sparkling mineral water to increase electrolytes/minerals and realized that the CO2 is good too. I am already feeling better!! I know this was one of the keys that I was missing..

I'm eating Keto for about 6 months now. Since a few weeks I'm gaining weight again. Because of my low breath rate and low blood pressure I started with my electrolytes with extra potassium and celtic seasalt and I carbonate it myself (sodastream). My bloodpressure in the beginning was about 120/70 but dropped to 100/50. I now take a lot of minerals and electrolytes but it isn't easy to raise my bloodpressure. I'm getting very hungry from drinking a lot of water (carbonated or not). I think it's beter for me to start carb cycling.

Your body does not expel all cd it uses it to push oxygen deeper into the cells increasing oxygen reserves.

Every time I try to count my inhales I end up consciously taking breaths... Had my wife lokk at me and count but I'm still so aware and rnd up driving breaths 😂 i think I need a drink now 🍷

Heard magnesium bicarbonate water is a great way to increase magnesium levels in the body. (Taken away from food)

True or False? If true, what's a simple recipe to make magnesium bicarbonate water? So, I don't have to continue to buy expensive mineral water.
