damn intel really needs to improve. i do think they’ll do some good improvement with 12th gen but 11th gen is literally terrible. you either go with 10th gen intel or go AMD. change my mind

the prices of ryzen 5000 is because they are a really premium product, 2 generations of intel can not reach them, when they pose a real threat to amd they will release the 5600 and 5700x at competitive prices, or layers lanzen ryzen 6000

Intel Prices dropped significantly.

Intel isn’t that far off in gaming it’s negligible. The problem is 11th gen mob are super expensive. Even if you pay 50 more for a 5800x. You can get b550 way cheaper than z590.

hmm... so for gaming either one is fine really. i'd still go for amd since future sell-ability will likely be better (am4 is a large platform afterall). and productivity goes to amd as always i guess.
