Teresa, you have always been my daughter and mine’s favorite housewife.I’m Italian like you and from NY which is so similar to Jersey. I totally sympathize with how much you miss your mom and dad. I lost both my parents in my twenties, I’m now 51 but not a day goes by that I don’t think of them and wish they were here. Especially to see my children. I learned to make pizzaiola from my mom too. She also added a bit of balsamic vinegar to it while cooking. I wish she was still here so I could make it for her ❤. You can never replace your mom.

Love love love that you recognize everyone has their way. I hate to see people slammed for how they cut things on a cooking video. It's so petty. Are they cut? Yes. Are they mutilated? Nope.
