The fact Mogilny isn't in the hall of fame is a disgrace.

How he isn't in the HHOF is ridiculous. He was such a beast.

What a talent he was. Sundin says that he was the most talented player he ever played with.

Unreal skill level for the era.
He would still score 50 today
To me that’s the most impressive thing.

Mogilny and Bure in one line, just wow. This is the kind of hockey I would like to watch today.

One of the best duos ever, mogilny and lafontaine

Favorite player as a kid. Him and LaFontaine were lethal. In the 1990 World Junior Championships, the Russians had a top line of -
P. Bure - Fedorov - Mogilny.
That is pure blazing speed and talent - probably the best scoring line in the history of hockey. In 1990 no one was be able to keep up with their speed. Hell, even today I doubt anyone could...

Great video whoever posted it, and thank you; definitely brought back a lot of great memories

Sure brings back memories. One of the greatest players of his generation. Skated like grease lightning and scored goals like no one's business. Also a Stanley Cup champion. Not sure what else he needed to do to get into the HoF. Anyone who's seen him play knows he should be in as first ballot.

When you watch old clips of guys like Mogilny, you can see the birth of so many plays that modern players incorporate into their game. That agile move where he goes into the zone with a burst but then quickly pulls the puck back with a little dangle is one of them. No way Ovechkin didn't grow up watching that then go out in practice and try it himself.

76 goals in a season & Sergei Fedorov says he was the most talented of the Russian Army Players. Should be in the Hall of Fame.

Check that speed with the Sabres, it was just before he got his leg broke in 3 when Bellows fall on it, i couldn't imagine if he didn't suffer that terrible injury that cause so much problems later !!! He played with one replaced hip his first year with the Leafs and manage to beat Sundin for the Leafs team lead, the only time Sundin didn't finish first on his team !!! Without that, he would easily get 600-700 goals and probably around 1500 points !!! When a guy manage to score 56 goals playing in a line with Ronning and Odgick, he got a sure talent !!! Oh and Scott Gomez will forever thank him for his RC of the year and huge contract he made after that with the Rangers !!!

A player that could do everything exceptionally well. I've never seen a guy bend a game to his will like this guy did

I watched a game at GM Place, his first year as a Canuck. Oh man he was amazing, I mean Canucks had Bure and Mogilny but what I noticed about Mogilny during that game was that he could take over the flow of the game. He was fast like Bure but he can slow down quickly then all of a sudden he's in 6th gear again, blowing past the defence man. It was a treat to watch him live. Sad that HHOF has not invited him yet.
