The city of eThekwini is yet to launch GO! Durban, the integrated
rapid public transport network that aims to provide low-cost transport
for commuters to travel around the city.

The multibillion-rand rapid transport project, similar to Joburg's
embattled Rea Vaya and the Western Cape's MyCiti, has faced ongoing
challenges and setbacks due to protracted disputes between the city
and local taxi associations.

Newzroom Afrika's Nobuhle Modise reports.

All these rapid bus systems not working except for Cape Town. In Rustenburg, it was on hold for years until recently but I think it will fail because the buses don’t go anywhere except for town. 🙄
