I am sorry to hear that Durban’s CBD is not in good shape. Seems like a waste in terms of private sector jobs. Anyone with sense knows that downtown areas are the economic drivers of large metro regions. Been proven worldwide.

Great video David, just watched both Durban videos and I am very excited for these projects, I just want to ask, I read an article in the newspaper about Prasa saying reconstruction and revamping of looted and dilapidated metro train stations is said to commence in June of this year and end in November this year, my closest metro train station is Clevland station and its very sad to see it looted and decaying, so I was excited to read this article, but I want your professional opinion, do you think this will happen or will it take more time( I'm more positive than not, but your opinion would be cool to hear)
