In fact that's the best thing about watching at home... your movie snacks are not limited by the cinemas snacks counter, or the practicalities of sitting in a single seat in the cinema (how often have you wanted to use both cup holderes next to your seat?!). We believe that if you're going relax and enjoy a movie then its worth doing properly - and that's why we've partnered with Film4. Every night the 9pm film will be brought to you by Boursin®. you know the old saying... Du, pain, du vin, du boursin? Well... why not make it du pain du vin, du boursin... du movie?
As part of our partnership, we've created a few recipe ideas to match some of our favourite genres. Why not make the most of your action movie night (or any other movie night!) with this bruschetta recipe suggestion. Toppings include: Boursin, chorizo, roasted red peppers and rocket on sourdough. Exploding Rocket Optional.
Serves 2 | Preparation time 5 mins
80g Boursin® with Garlic and Herb
1-2 peppers from a jar of roasted red peppers, drained and thinly sliced
2 thin slices sourdough bread
25g chorizo, sliced
Small handful of rocket
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Toast the bread, cut in half, and place the Boursin® Garlic and Herb over each slice
Step 2
Top with some chorizo and pieces of red pepper
Step 3
Finish with a few rocket leaves and black pepper
