This video changed my life. When I wanted to quit I would rewatch it. "Will you follow the old script, or will you write a new one?"

My husband had his first at IM Chattanooga this past Sept. So proud of him. Tough course. He kicked butt out there.
Was supposed to do it together but I had surgery. We'll do one together soon.

Don't let others say you can't. Believe in yourself; and know that the "limits" have been set by social norms.

Anything is Possible.

Don't forget to take a loan before signing up cause it's gonna cost you $$$

IRONMAN is defintely too expensive. At the end of the day I prefer Triathlon outside the Ironman circuit. Pain, endorphine and broken limits are the same, wallet is safe.

Who said they have to be hard? who said they have to be uncomfortable? the goal should not be to be an Ironman the goal should be to be a better person every day. A finish line doesn't and a brand like this doesn't define anyone.

This stuff is so cheesy and narcissistic nowadays ! I did my first Ironman in the mid 90’s I’m average blue collar worker and did it on average equipment of the time, no coach, no smart trainers, still went out with my wife and did normal things, yet still finished mid pack . I was happy and humbled to stay and cheer in the tail end competitors. I’ve seen what this sport has become now . Shame.
