Most of the women Carrie seems to have a beef with are wonderful people - Clarkson, Swift, etc. From all accounts (and I have no proof), Carrie is entitled and mean, rude to her fans, etc. Taylor and Kelly would not want to be associated with that, but they're class acts, so they say nothing.
