I picked normal for my fisrt playthrough and it was really difficult, i finished in 9hours and 38 minutes with 23 deaths. This game is hard!

I usually start story driven games on easy because I really want to get through it and see it all. But with this I decided to step out of my comfort zone and picked normal. I don't know about that madhouse though, sounds crazy!

I didn't know much about the madhouse difficulty, and this was informative. I don't immediately seek out the most difficulty myself in games like this, because I look at the story more closely and am more interested in that, but might go to madhouse when I unlock it.

I just finished the game on easy, and it was indeed easy combatwise. But it did scare the shit out of me nonetheless... :D

I like when games add different stuff when you play on harder difficulty, this make game more valuable. I prefer playing games on normal difficulty, but also I like challenge, so I will play resi on normal and hard. P.S. Now in games u die less then before and I am not fan of that.

i'l be playing on madhouse just to get that infinite ammo (spoiler) you will get the 2 shotguns really early

I really wanted to play on Madhouse difficulty first, but I was forced to play on Normal... That was relatively easy-normal. By the end of the game I didn't even use Magnum and had around 25-30 granade launcher's ammo) I didn't need them.
