When the original night court was on, Faith was on rival CBS playing Corky Sherwood on Murphy Brown.

It’s great to see her and Melissa on because it does feel believable that they could pass as mother and daughter.

The original Night Court was great, one of my favorite shows growing up.

Yep that was Harry. Someone who saw the best in people and could be sympathetic to the people who found their way to his court room. There was also a wonderful but sad note of loneliness that Harry Anderson brought to the character. It's nice to know Harry Stone the character did get a happy ending

I can picture Harry naming his kid Abracadabra. I bet if he'd had a son, the boy would have been named Mel Torme Stone.

I loved at the end when Gina was playing with cards. Makes me think Harry's appearances on Cheers are canon, giving them similar hustler backgrounds and that's why they bonded. I would still love to learn what happened with Christine though. I definitely understand the show not wanting to give Abby two deceased parents.

This also means that both of Abby’s parents are convicted felons. In the 1st season of Night Court the staff was trying to find out Harry’s age. But they found Harry’s juvenile record. Harry stole a car when he was 16 years old.

I can't wait for this show to find it's legs. It's hard following a legendary show like the original Night Court, but I think they are getting there. Keep it up.

This is the best episode yet. The show should cast more veteran comic actors like Faith Ford as guest appearances in future episodes. Or just keep bringing back Faith Ford! lol
