➜ It's best to carry cash (USD or EUR) while traveling in Tajikistan as it can be challenging to withdraw money from ATMs outside of Dushanbe
➜ Language: There's a language barrier and most people don't speak English. Tajik and Russian languages are widely spoken here. Download the Russian language offline on the Google Translate app to communicate with the locals.

Hello. I wish you had covered more of the food expenses. There aren’t many videos about Tajikistan from expats, especially the newer ones. I would love to know a details cost of living there, such as cost of groceries. It would be great if you made a video with a list of items that a person or family would use to cook and eat, toiletry products, etc etc. A list of utilities and their cost per month, rent, because as an expat, those are they important things I need to know. I don’t care about the cost of travelling in Tajiskestan. That can be sorted out later, but food and shelter can’t ☺️ If you haven’t don’t this, you should. It’ll help many.
