What is Transcendental Idealism?

Immanuel Kant's philosophical theory of Transcendental idealism examines if the world is truly what it seems. In this video we will consider the mind's role in shaping our experience and the appearance of things vs. the things-in-themselves. According to Kant, we can only access the world through our senses and mental frameworks. Therefore, the true nature of reality remains forever unknown.

We will also consider the AI conundrum. If reality is mind-dependent, how can we create artificial intelligences that truly perceive the world? Can AI ever access the "things-in-themselves"?

A crappier version of your life they would rather subject you to, and they just want more. There's also a superior idealism to humanity over it. They did that for a whole bunch of years.
