Actually sms isn't the least secure method, email is because anyone who hacks your email can reset your password and get your 2fa code. Unless you enable 2fa on your email then that account is least likely to get hacked but it is still possible to hack because if someone uses cookie loggers to steal your token then they can get full access to your account without even a password or 2fa code.
