I own both!! I paid a pretty penny for both of them. Whenever I wear them, I think about my mother. I bought them both at Macy's in the summer of 2018.Momma passed in October of 2018.So, Whenever I wear them, I'm reminded of Momma. Fond memories with every spray.Great video, Ashton.

My gf gifted me this fragrance for Christmas, and since then, I started watching Gents Scents to become more educated on fragrances. Sauvage EDP is amazing and so versatile!

bergamot is my favorite scent..so nice
Dior really came up with something that will be around for decades, they hit the jackpot with Sauvage for sure.

I’ll check it out when I run out of my EDT. I love it. Compliments all day! Everyone may have worn it back then, but I don’t know anyone that wears this.

This one most definitely has the most Lavender in it. The star anise and nutmeg make it the most masculine. Once I smelled the parfum I thought it was an amped up version of the EDP. Which it is to an extent but the EDP probably projects more. Got rid of it but decided it was actually my favorite and made a trade to get it back. The most versatile and masculine of the line.

I see that Gucci Envy in the back. It was the first cologne I've ever brought in 1998. I got it from Kmart (lol) for 35 dollars. I brought about 3 bottles over the years until I moved on. I was telling people that it was the GOAT AND I SAW YOUR REVIEW ON IT and I was right 20 years ago. I went to find it the other day and BANG! 200 PLUS DOLLARS.

another down to earth job, well done. you should consider doing one on the older discontinued frags, ones i used to wear when you were still into baby powder lol. i remember some ysl offerings being absolutely beastly, and i'm not talking kouros. you are right about one thing, there are a lot of slackers out there. performance is paramount, and what's up with some of these atomizers...nautica comes to mind, as does bvlgari maninblack. looking forward to your next vlog.

Dude.. The EDP version is way better than the EDT. The dry-down is one of my favourite in my collection.

Awesome video Ash! Was never a big Sauvage fan, always preferred Carbon. Be well! 👍

I enjoy the edt a little more. After owning both and trying both extensively I just think it has a little more character and zing.

the dry down on this is something special. I prefer the EDT opening, but the EDP after about an hour or two comes alive. I get a prominent vanilla creaminess that makes it a bit more seductive while maintaining that freshness.

Spot on with your rant about how people have such a hard time appreciating what they have in front of them, and 15 years from now they are wishing they knew what they had and appreciated so much more. Never fails..."You never know what you have until it's gone"

I was burning through my Bleu de Chanel EDP like crazy, needed somthing in the line of BDC, just got Sauvage EDP. Amazing fragrance.

Fresh, peppery, spicy, with a touch of vanilla ... I enjoy this combo. Sauvage EDP & Spicebomb extreme are my go-to casual fragrances.

EDP is stunning, that sweet nutmeg vanilla dancing off the spicy blue notes. More refined sweeter Sauvage for the winter. In fact, it's probably how the brash loud original should have been made. EDP far more balanced.

Great review on a fantastic fragrance . Ash the one edt by D&G was my biggest let down with reformulation that will not preform at all after initial blast, it is $80 in Australia . On the other hand this Cristian Dior savage works and will be a legend fragrance that will go down in history as you mentioned. Thanks bro

I own and love both the EDT & EDP. Where I live, humid & warm dominates the weather, so love me some EDT. The smell of the EDP, though, gets me every time. It's addictive. Just on smell alone, EDP is where it's at.

The Eau de Parfum is way better than the others in my opinion. It's more unique than the EDT, and it performs better than the Parfum.
