It never ceases to amaze me the range of emotions people experience when getting adjusted. For some it's euphoric and others it's like they experience a momentarily of pain. lol I love it when my body cracks. My neck cracks 7.8.9 times a day. My whole back cracks just rolling over in bed. Now I'm almost 60 my feet crack when I rise from sitting. My knees are knackered, when I climb stairs they hurt a lot and it sounds like someone shaking a bag of marbles... sore af. I see a double knee replacement in my future.
