Woman becomes friend with a squirrel. Charity and her husband found Flip in their backyard when he was just a few days old. He had fallen from their roof where some squirrels like to nest. After waiting for a few hours for his mom, they decided to bring him into their home. Charity started feeding him and nursing him back to health. And then one day, his personality bursted out. He thinks he’s a little ninja, he loves to wrestle, chase Charity around the house. He just brings so much light and joy to their lives.

Years ago, I raised a baby squirrel - was a big job - every 4 hours (around the clock) he had to be feed. Was one of the best experiences of my life!!! They are wonderful animals - still think of him after 20+ years.❤😊❤

I hope you’re not still feeding that squirrel half an avocado at one sitting. Is extremely toxic for the liver and can cause liver failure and death. Avocado is only OK in very small amounts such as say a quarter teaspoon every other day or so. And that way it can be nutritious.

I’ve raised a few squirrels and they are awesome. They have all gone to live outside. One put her nest on the balcony and raised a litter of babies right outside a window. My cats, indoor, loved watching them.

They are very smart I've had one since 2016. I did not think I'd be buying $45. Bags of mixed nuts for an animal. Favorite hazelnut. But yeah I feed mine avocado as well. She loves avocado. She stole a piece of my chicken skin one day she ate it too😮. She love the big meal worms from the pet store to.
