Largely thanks to your guide and safe-spots i was able to whoop Jad's butt after 3rd try. It could've been first as i did everything quite well, but ultimately nerves defeated me, and that was after dealing with healers. Anyway, i'd like to leave some minor tips that helped me, which might be useful to someone who reads this.

First off, im not certain if it was mentioned in video above, if it was just ignore this one.
You can determine where Jad will spawn as early as wave 3. How? You need to keep an eye out where the first Blob will spawn. You can simply leave and re-enter the cave if u think his spawn point is not favourable for you. When Blob shows up on the south of the so-called "Italy rock" it's most likely the best spot, as u can safely hide from Jad on north side in order to catch a breath, or lure the healers there, finish them off one by one, and return for 1v1 with Jad. Unless they fully healed him up before you lured them, they will not respawn, and u can simply focus on your prayers and duel with Jad himself.

Second, i suggest you should really try to prepare and calm urself on wave 62 just before wave 63 with Jad, as stress might hit you like a truck even if you were calm and cool so far.
Once again you can safely hide on the north of Italy Rock, leaving one or both of Mage doggies stuck out of range on south.
Personally, i sorted songs on my spotify playlist in order to pick few songs suitable for the boss fight itself (playing on fairly low volume be able to hear game sounds), also i took out a gum to chew on to help dealing with stress (as this cost me my first try), after few minutes of break, equipped my crossbow, diamond bolts and blessed spirit shield, drank saradomin brew to heal above my max health, then restore potion, and finally bastion potion.

Third, You can setup ur F keys (F1-F5 etc.) to switch tabs on keyboard instead of clicking. You can find that in settings -> controls.

For example; i have inventory on F1 and prayers on F2.

Lastly, although i haven't actually used it myself, you can either bring dragon crossbow(its special attack hits multiple targets) or chinchompas if u need an AoE attack to tag healers standing close to Jad.
Once again, haven't tested it myself but apparently it can work.
I bring this up because i have lost my 2nd attempt due to being unable to pull healers away from him properly, so they respawned 2 times after i killed them, and that complicated the whole thing for me. Of course you don't have to kill them - you can tank them, but i'd rather worry about one thing at a time.

This post turned out a little longer than expected, but i do hope someone finds at least some of this additional tips useful. Stay calm and goodluck; you've got this.

Instead of using the practice tool, you can go to a Speedrunning world, start Beneath Cursed Sands, use the minigame teleport, and talk to the NPC to the far-east of the caves, you can practice Jad in-game with no time/gp investment.

I think it is worth mentioning that when the ranger and mager both come out that you should prioritize praying vs mage if you can't separate the two.

Btw if anyone needs it, if you search OSRS Jad Simulator, there’s an actual mod someone created where you are just fighting jad over and over. All you can do is switch your prayers to get use to his attacks. Can’t do damage to him and there’s no healers phase on it but it’s incredibly helpful getting to practice hearing and seeing his attacks before you go into the fight. I highly recommend!
