Using runelite plugins you can see what rotation the caves are on before entering. Rotations 2, 5, and 6 will have this southeastern jad spawn.

If the in game clock is between 00:01:00-00:12:30 then you will get the Italy rock rotation. I believe it’s UTC time.

I don't get it, I switch to range prayer literally less than half a second when jad did the range animation and then I die anyways.
