so, by winning one state election, Pappu should becoming PM of India..but BJP won 8 of last 10 state election means nothing..though BJP lost poorly, but they still managed 65seats..how many Congress got in UP election last year? barely 2..they were decimated in most state election recently..what they even blabbering here?
