To all those who post negative comments: Keep in mind there is no one, single, one-size-fits-all bag. His bag is different from mine, and ours will be different from yours. Every bag is unique, as they all should be.

Anyone who watches videos like this and thinks they can just copy everything item-for-item is setting themselves up to fail. There's items in this video I would NEVER consider putting in any of my bags. You will also carry gear I wouldn't.


Each piece of gear shown is merely a suggestion for you to consider... not more Commandments.

Thank u for the video, much appreciated. In my opinion, this seems more like a get home bag than an actual bug out bag, but for that purpose, seems more than adequate. Also seems like many of the people who commented didn't actually watch the of annoying when people comment on things when they haven't even finished/watched the video.

I would replace the signal mirror since you already have a mirror in your compass. Good info, great kit!

Pay particular attention to your first aid kit. Over time it can get depleted treating injuries at home. Before you know it a great kit becomes inadequate at best.

Thanks for the video. The last thing you showed you stated was poncho. But clearly is a jacket. Is there a reason for two stoves?

Foot powder and more socks are needed, your feet need to be kept dry and clean. Your feet are like tires on a car if they go then you’re not going anywhere.

dont know why you have so many bright or signaling features to gear in your bag, you know what bug out means right? the only bright orange thing i would want to carry is the bic lighter:P or fero rod.

Here's the REALITY that no one really ever talks about in these survival vids about a "shit hits the fan" scenario.  You're walking along or driving and you have your fully packed BOB with you.  You get stopped by a  checkpoint or something or, you're walking and happen upon someone or a group.  They see you have a BOB.  Now, unless you are a real badass yourself (most aren't) or, you're willing to use a weapon which may or may not allow you to escape depending how big the group is that approaches you, survival of the baddest says they are going to TAKE your BOB as their own.  POINT OF FACT.
