as silly as this may sound, but i would love to do this with korean learning. as an adult i feel as though it’s hard to comprehend a new language? children can adapt easier. if i got taught korean (or any language) this way, i believe it would genuinely help.

I do this and use sight words to see how many she learns. Sight words are good. I you do It this way. My daughter is what you would call level 1 autistic and people are shocked at how well she can read.

That kids name Jase or Jose??? Bc one thing that drives me nuts about most kids books - or math problems, or social studies - these days is names that are not decodable for beginning readers. ‘Jose’ is perfectly easy to pronounce name but it does not follow English rules so it’s just adding confusion.
