Two Brits try the OLDEST Fusion food in the World!

Macao is recognised by UNESCO as being the birthplace of fusion food, some 500 years ago. A delightful mix of Chinese and Portuguese cuisine is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. Today we head to the local university where they preserve and teach these historic recipes, to try some true Macanese favourites.

I love how Ollie shares bits of obscure information about the food, places, and people they encounter during their travels. I also find Josh’s open mindedness about their experiences and his sheer sense of wonder at discovering new things to be endearing. Portuguese food is one of my favourite things to eat. With both my parents being Portuguese, I absolutely love it when they cook Bacalhau or bring home Pastel De Nata. You can't go wrong
