This is Rock N' Roll.  Mark Knopfler has more talent in his pinky finger than 99.9% of artists today.  Plucker.  By FAR the best recording, production, and performance I have ever seen of this song. I mean, there's a legitimate duel between Knopfler and Chris White (Saxophone) happening here. Ridiculous.

One of the things I love about Mark Knopfler (you can see what I mean in the sequence that starts at about 7:10) is that he appears to genuinely enjoy the playing of his bandmates. I see in countless videos when someone else is playing a solo he turns around to watch and gives them his full attention. That little duel he has with Chris White is just so fun to watch because you can see how much he enjoyed being part of it.

The trading of licks between Mark and the sax is epic. They were feeling it. I like it when Mark smiles after the sax hits the lick at about 8:35 then they mesh. Awesome. Music in one of its best forms. Spontaneous.

No matter what version / what year of Sultan of Swing, this one has gotta be one of his pinnacle in performing this song, simply because the ensembles of all the plays felt totally fluid from both halves of the songs leading to his final solo. Magical works were maestro-ed from down/up/down the entire guitar effortlessly with extreme precision and superior speed w/o compensating clarity (nice guitar helps too :D ), can't find any flaws other than wishing to see it live again =/
