I used to work out in the mornings, but I made one simple change that completely transformed how I start my day.

A few years ago, I found Apple Fitness+ yoga classes, and they’ve been a daily staple ever since.

Here’s how they work: every week, they drop a new class, but there are already tons to choose from. I’ve gone through them all at this point, and my go-to is a 10-minute slow flow. It’s short, simple, and makes a huge impact on my mindset.
