Deadline approaches for CenterPoint to respond to Texas Governor

Gov. Greg Abbott has joined several leaders and members of the public in criticizing the company’s response to the storm. The governor gave CenterPoint until the end of July to submit plans to protect the power supply through the rest of what could be an active hurricane season, as well as trim trees and vegetation that threaten power lines.

Lulz. Abbott is a joke. Where was this hard charging attitude when it was his cronies at ERCOT? Anyone remember '21? When ERCOT's ineptitude killed over 200 people and Abbott's response was to basically tell us it was out fault?

Okay I sent a points got these giant generators I'd like to know what the hour meter say on them because you can't just let a generator sit idle forever either you have to every now and then start it up make sure it's maintained and make sure they're still runs so in case you actually need it you can just start it up even if it's hard to move cuz what good is it if you move it to somewhere and it doesn't start so there still has to be a maintenance cost in storing them which means running them from time to time load testing and make sure everything works what good would it do if we're paying for these things that don't even start when we need them
