The audiobook of Catch and Kill is incredible. Ronan does the narration himself and it includes audio recordings. ❤

I agree that Hidden Valley Road was fascinating, but also devastating.

Your interpretations of the prompts always help me get more ideas. I'm so looking forward to this!

For Christmas my kids (now 20somethings) have always received 4 gifts: 1. something you want 2. something you need 3. something to wear and 4.something to read. Your list just hit several home runs for the something to read category for them (and a few for Mrs 🤶 Claus too)!! Thank you, thank you!

Yay! My first Nonfiction November!!! I had my TBR and post-its ready to go when watching this video. 😄 I’m excited for what I have lined up. Thank you for all your hard work in making this happen!❤

I'm excited to join in. I don't have a set TBR because I'm generally a mood reader but I do have TBR possibilities. I'm most excited to be reading Steve And Me by Terri Irwin and hoping to grab a few other holds from the Library when they come in.

I saved the prompts for nonfiction November in my notes app with no other explanation. I was so confused this evening when I opened that note of four words, with no idea what it meant. Glad you posted this video so I now remember! 😂

This is a great list! Thank you for all the recommendations. Lottie Dod sounds like a fascinating character.

I highly suggest All Thirteen: the Incredible Cave Rescue of the Thai Boys’ Soccer Team by Christina Soontornvat! It fits all 4 prompts…1. It’s a record of a true event…2. It involves natural elements such as caves and torrential rains…3. People crossed borders from all over the world to join in the rescue efforts…4. This book is a best kept secret imho 😆

The story of how the boys were rescued is an incredible one and it seems just about every streaming service has made a movie/series about it. This book is very deserving of the many awards it has won in the last two years. Highly recommend!

Hidden Valley Road is one of the best books I have ever read, so interesting and well written.

Come Fly The World by Julia Cook is a great choice for border as it looks at how women changed their roles in the airline industry in the 70’s. Very interesting and accessible!

Oh how I love Non-Fiction November!! I will always be so grateful to you for putting me on to The Soul of an Octopus a few years ago, what a stunning book that is. I love the sound of the Milky Way book. I also have on my shelves some Carl Sagan books which I really want to get to, so perhaps I’ll have an ‘out of this world’ reading month!! Thanks Olive and happy reading 😀

I want to do Nonfiction November. I was scribbling furiously in my wishlist journal during your video. So far, I've built a small list: A biography of Edward Hopper, A book called Life of the Party about how Tupperware got so popular, and Cosy, which seems to the the British answer to Hygge.

"This is what it sounds like" and "catch and kill" both look interesting, I'll have to check them out. I agree that Hidden Valley Road is so good! I had picked out a handful of nonfiction picks for NFN but they came in early at the library, so I might read them sooner and end up reading something else next month, lol.
