I think it's important to be gentle in spirit, and in what you say/how you communicate (don't be comabitve, don't raise your voice, seek to listen and understand, don't speak too much, don't respond in anger etc etc). But if God hasn't given you an audibly soft or quieter voice don't let that disturb you. Women naturally tend to have higher pitched voices so your voice will be feminine to a man's ear without you having to put it on.

I'm so grateful to come across this information. Trying to be feminine and less aggressive is not easy. Some days if feels like a walk in the park and some days it's a titanic about to sink.
